        BEFORE YOUR NEXT COOKOUT

        A few useful answers.

What makes the cleaning head different?

It uses a rotating woven stainless-steel roller rather than rows of wire bristles. The head can be removed for cleaning.

Can I use it on a hot grill?

No. The supplier instructions say not to use it on a hot grill. Switch the grill off and let it cool before cleaning. Keep the brush away from open flames.

Is it suitable for every grate?

Check your grill manufacturer's cleaning guidance first. Avoid non-stick, coated or delicate surfaces unless the manufacturer confirms compatibility.

        How does it charge?

The brush is rechargeable by USB. The supplier lists a 5V / 2A charging input. Use a suitable power source and follow the included charging instructions.

Can I wash the whole brush?

No. Switch off before maintenance and remove the roller for cleaning. Keep the motor housing and charging port dry. Do not immerse the brush.

Can I buy a replacement roller?

The stainless-steel roller can be removed. Contact us about replacement roller availability and pricing before ordering accessories.
